Kate Dehne

Kate Dehne is an accomplished professional that has excelled in the fields of business, sociology, and talent acquisition. She is a graduate of both Southern Methodist University (Bachelor of Arts in Sociology) and The University of Dallas (Master of Business Administration). Before her career in talent acquisition, Kate worked for J.P. Morgan and Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate and Research Associate, respectively. She then moved on to become the Executive Recruiter and Manager of Talent Acquisition for Blackbaud before serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Anthology Inc, where she currently works. Kate's extensive experience and education have equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and recruitment strategies.
