Katayoun Sadeghi

Katayoun Sadeghi is a seasoned professional in project finance and infrastructure development, focusing on large-scale public-private partnership (P3) projects in North America.

With a background as a public sector strategic advisor, developer/investor, and attorney, Katayoun has worked on various infrastructure projects encompassing transportation, social infrastructure, resiliency, and broadband initiatives.

Her expertise lies in handling transactions, including successfully closing greenfield infrastructure projects valued at over $8 billion.

Katayoun's educational qualifications include a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, a BA in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA in Near Eastern Studies from New York University.

She has also studied abroad at Boğaziçi University and served as a Fulbright Scholar at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University.

Throughout her career, Katayoun Sadeghi has held key roles such as Senior Vice President - National Practice Consultant at HNTB, Investment Director - AECOM Capital at AECOM, Senior Associate at Ashurst, and Associate at White & Case.
