Kat Tarsa

Kat Tarsa is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Spanish Language and Literature. She currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Verbal Beginnings, a prominent ABA treatment provider in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing recruitment and retention of employees such as ABA Technicians and BCBAs.

Prior to her role at Verbal Beginnings, Kat excelled as a Technical Recruiter at HireNetworks, showcasing her expertise in cutting-edge technology and establishing herself as a market master in the field. She is highly adept at connecting quality recruiters with job seekers and aiding in resume enhancement.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kat is actively involved as a Pirate Singer and Keeper of the Booty with The Motley Tones, where she shares songs and spreads joy among audiences. Her passion lies in making a positive impact on individuals, whether by facilitating career opportunities for BCBA professionals or engaging in spirited performances.
