The Content Strategy & Analysis  team develops strategic insights to further the company's global content acquisition efforts, with a specific focus on content valuation, programming strategy and analytics, industry intelligence and the management of our global content investment model. The team is highly visible across the company and in particular to the senior leadership of Netflix who depend heavily on the strategic insights from this team to inform important business decisions across the company.* Analyze viewing behavior and market dynamics to drive programming strategy for Scripted and Factual / Reality TV content* Oversee selection and valuation of licensed and original TV content * Support creation of negotiation strategy for regional and global deals* Aid in decisions around budget trade-offs for TV spend* Manage and develop team of 6 direct reports
