Kat (Kathlyn) Lewis

Kat Lewis is a well-rounded professional who has devoted her career to the development of the film industry. She holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of Washington. Her vast experience ranges from management consulting to network administration. As the Principal Owner of G.D. Herring, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Partner at Grace Capital, where she ran a successful team. Lewis also gained industry experience during her role as the Manager at Trader Joe's where she honed her leadership skills.

Lewis has made significant contributions to the film industry, with a distinguished track record of organizational improvements. She previously helped set up the Pickford Film Center, where she co-founded the organization. She also served as the Director of Publicity and Promotions at Allied Integrated Marketing, and as the Assistant to the Executive Directors at the Seattle International Film Festival. At the Abu Dhabi Film Festival, from her roles as Management Consultant and Manager for Volunteer Human Resources, she has gained invaluable experience.
