Kat Cullen

Kat Cullen is a versatile full-stack UX leader with a strong background in product design, research, and front-end development. Currently open to work, she is seeking positions in consulting or as a Design lead at early-stage companies.

With a wealth of experience, Kat has successfully led core product and growth UX research teams at Airtable and co-led the UX team for developer tools at Google. She excels in bringing digital products from concept to market, with expertise in team management, mentoring, and UX strategy.

Her journey in web design and development began in 1995, spanning various sectors like telecoms, technology, financial services, and multimedia agencies. Kat is adept at team management, information architecture, project management, UI design, website usability, and web standards.

Kat's proficiency extends to a wide range of research methods including lab studies, remote moderated studies, A/B testing, focus groups, eye tracking, surveys, and more. She holds qualifications in Design and IT & Computing from Newcastle College of Arts & Technology and the Open University.

Previously, Kat held roles at esteemed organizations like Airtable, Google, London 2012 Paralympic Games, and various web design and development positions in corporate and public sector entities.
