Kat Armstrong

Kat Armstrong is a well-educated and accomplished professional who has excelled in several different industries throughout her career. She has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Business and Nonprofit Leadership, both from California State University-Channel Islands. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Management Essentials, Complete from Harvard Business School Online. She also studied at Ventura College and Rio Mesa.

Kat's professional experience includes being a Manager and formerly Senior Specialist in Employee Engagement & Strategy at The Trade Desk, a Senior Operations Specialist in People Operations, an Operations Specialist in People Operations, and a Development Manager at Ventura College Foundation. She has also worked as a Development Associate and Development Assistant at the same establishment in the past. Before that, she was an Events Intern at YMCA and a Manager at Endless Summer.

Throughout her career, Kat has developed a diverse set of skills in employee engagement and strategy, operations, people operations, development and fundraising, event management, and more. She has also demonstrated exceptional leadership, management, and communication abilities.
