• Developed HR strategy to enable business transformation, reducing turnover by 50% and time to fill by 40%, resulting in a $1.7 million cost savings for the business. 
• Oversaw Region labor relations strategy, including union prevention and contract negotiations for union facilities. 
• Led all M&A activities for acquired businesses, including workforce planning, employee communication, benefits/comp, legal compliance, retention, and cultural integration.  
• Launched refreshed national Talent Management strategy and vision, implementing Region-based councils and reviews, and introducing a talent scorecard. Increased promotions and movement of High Potentials by 38% in 12 months. 
• Created and launched the first “On the Spot” hiring process for Johnson & Johnson. Developed playbook in use today.
