With a strong educational background in Economics, Development, and Management from reputable universities in Mali and Côte d'Ivoire, he has a solid foundation to drive impactful change.

Having served in various capacities within United Nations agencies such as UNESCO, UNDP, UNV, and UNCTAD, Mr. Coulibaly has honed his skills as a communication consultant and program manager.

He is the visionary Founder and Chairman of The African Development Group (ADG), leading a comprehensive network of enterprises focused on sustainable development across key sectors like mining, energy, agriculture, and finance in Africa and globally.

His extensive experience in providing business development services, including technical assistance, training, and trade information, has benefited numerous entrepreneurs and organizations over the years.

Currently, as the Economic and Commercial Counselor for Africa and the Middle East Region at the Sichuan Supplier Chamber of Commerce, he plays a pivotal role in enhancing economic ties between China and Africa.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Coulibaly is actively involved in various organizations, holding positions such as Board Member at EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) and former President & CEO of GLOBAL INSTITUTE FOR WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT (GIWE) and GROUPE KASSOUM COULIBALY (KC GROUP).
