Kassie Swenson, M.Ed., APR

Kassie Swenson, M.Ed., APR, is an accomplished professional who has a strong background in education leadership and communications. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Washington State University, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from North Dakota State University. Kassie also completed a program in Administrative Internship and obtained a Program Administrator Certification from Washington State University.

Throughout her career, Kassie has held significant roles in various organizations. She was the Founder of NW Strategic Communications & Consulting LLC, where she applied her expertise in strategic communications. In addition, Kassie served as the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at Centennial School District, where she played a key role in managing communication strategies. She also held the position of Chief of Communications and Strategy at Federal Way Public Schools, where she oversaw communication initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to that, Kassie was the Director of Strategy and System Alignment at Federal Way Public Schools, where she demonstrated her strong leadership and organizational skills.

Kassie's experience also includes roles in educational institutions. She served as the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent at Renton School District, where she provided high-level administrative support. Additionally, she worked as a Confidential Assistant in Human Resources at Renton School District, showcasing her versatility in different areas of educational administration. Kassie's early career includes positions such as Administrative Secretary in Instructional Programs at Spokane Public Schools and Inspection Sales/Office Manager at COSCO Fire Protection.
