Kasia Reterska is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in sustainability and social impact strategy. She is currently leading the U.S. sustainability and social impact practice at Burson, having previously held executive roles at The Weber Shandwick Collective.

Kasia has a strong track record of designing and implementing successful programs across various issues, including environmental stewardship, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), human rights, public health, and advocacy for women's and LGBTQ rights. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations and high-profile individuals globally.

Apart from her client-focused work, Kasia played a key role in launching Business & Society Futures, offering strategic guidance to c-suite executives on leadership, organizational effectiveness, policy impact, societal contribution, and stakeholder value creation. She has also provided advisory services on health policy and access to essential medicines in low- and middle-income countries.

Beginning her career in campaign management for human rights organizations and NGOs across various countries, Kasia has evolved into a trusted advisor for CEOs, government leaders, environmentalists, and social entrepreneurs. Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, and studies in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from reputable institutions.
