Kashinath Shahane is a renowned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries, including pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, automobile, and heavy engineering. He has held senior leadership positions in large conglomerates like Alembic Ltd., Essar Oil, Bajaj Auto, and Volkswagen Group, the world's most profitable automobile manufacturer. Currently, he is the Head of IT and a member of the Senior Management group at Thermax Global.
