Kashia Moua is a dedicated sustainability practitioner with a strong focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies to enhance stakeholder value.

With a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Carleton College, Kashia has a robust educational background.

She has held various significant roles at Allstate, including Sr. Manager for Sustainability & ESG Communications, Manager for Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, Lead Consultant for CEO Strategic Communications, and more.

Prior to her time at Allstate, Kashia gained experience as a Consultant at Freedom Inc., Staff Attorney at Wisconsin Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Assistant State Public Defender at Wisconsin State Public Defender, and more.

Her diverse professional experience also includes roles such as Program Director at Hmong National Development and Echoing Green Fellow at Echoing Green.
