Senior Talent Strategist, Sports & Entertainment

Managing talent strategy across the Chase brand including talent research and vetting, inventory management, content monitoring, and providing guidance on FTC-disclosures in partnership with sports & entertainment, legal and PR representatives. 

Working with tools including Klear and Sprinklr to manage the firm's talent bench. In this role, I've developed key talent and influencer benchmarks, developed an FTC-disclosure document to be used as a firm-wide guide for talent partnerships, built a user playbook for our influencer monitoring tool Klear, and pitched talent and influencer partnership ideas to sports and entertainment partners.

Talent & Influencer Marketing Strategist– Sports & Entertainment 

In this role, I built and executed full scale in-kind and paid influencer and talent partnerships including strategy, budgeting, KPI & benchmarking, contracting and reporting within FTC guidelines. In this role I 
lead the strategy for the launch of Christina Aguilera's health and wellness brand "Playground", achieving increases of 753% in reach, 709% in engagement, and 894% in impressions in 90 days, including a partnership with Alex Cooper and her Call Her Daddy podcast. Initial launch post received 1.4MM impressions, 147K likes, 2.7K shares, 154K post interactions. 

Additionally, I executed an in-kind campaign for the world’s largest rosé distributor. In partnership with LA's MTW Agency and Patron Tequila, I curated an event with Los Angeles talent and influencers to promote Patron and Ultimate Provence. After directly managing the partnership with MTW and Patron, the event achieved over 500K impressions from gifting and event attendance alone. 

I also lead the talent and influencer partnership strategy for Sonesta St. Maarten Resorts, and the Grenada Tourism Board, planning full-scale influencer group trips including setting client goals, setting talent KPI's and metrics, researching and vetting talent and influencer options, curating an invitee list, negotiating deliverables and budget with talent agents, drafting contracts including FTC guidelines, attending the trips to coordinate in-person logistics and talent relations, and reporting success metrics to clients. 

My notable accounts in this role include Playground, Sonesta Brands, Advanced Clinicals, Provence Wine Group, Hotel Zachary, Grenada Tourism Board.

Senior Social Media Influencer Marketing Specialist

In this role, I lead the digital marketing strategy for luxury hospitality clients in Chicago and New York. I drove the social media and influencer marketing strategy to position my clients as cultural leaders in their respective industries. My responsibilities included full auditing, strategy, photography, content creation, design, influencer marketing, brand partnership and social listening. 

In this role, I lead the Nobu Chicago opening, working closely with Robert DeNiro and Chef Nobu San to make their vision come to life including social media content, event coordination, event invitations to Chicago's elite including athletes, actors, designers, etc. Additionally, I coordinated a health and wellness event for Nobu with 30+ influencers each over 1M followers in partnership with Lululemon. I conducted outreach, vetting, lead client relations with the Nobu team and talent agents, negotiated payment, drafted contracts, and monitored content for FTC guidelines. 

In addition to Nobu, I also lead digital marketing efforts for Michelin-star awarded Chef John Shields for his concepts Smyth and the Loyalist, including social media and influencer partnerships. I developed a campaign centered around events at the United Center to drive foot traffic to Smyth and The Loyalist relative to upcoming shows and events in sports and entertainment.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist

In this role I facilitated consultations between investors (hedge funds, VCs, PE's etc.) and c-suite executives to drive investment decisions from corporations such as Uber, AirBnB, and GC. I conducted research on the market, and built a network of industry experts to assist investors in their financial decisions. I was part of the "Trials Team" in which we sourced and executed trial periods using the Tegus platform with prospective clients. In doing this I developed a clear understanding of expert network and primary research content creation to appeal to prospective customers.

In this role, I coordinated partnership with high-level artists and brands on behalf client EXPO Chicago including Tesla and Moet Hennessy. I managed social media accounts, created content calendars, coordinated social media photo and video productions, scheduled automated content posting, executed social listening and reported insights, and facilitated in-kind and paid partnerships with influencers. I assisted oversight of Facebook and Google ads including digital campaigns/boosted posts, and developed full analytical reports. My clients included Palmer House, EXPO Chicago, Chicago Dogs, Teatro ZinZanni, and Blue Man Group.

While competing on the Iowa State Women's Soccer team in the Big XII Conference, I lead the digital strategy for the Iowa State Journalism School amidst the 2020 election. I built an organic social media strategy across Meta and X channels that carefully positioned the Journalism School as a neutral party in the political climate. I assisted in building a Summit Conference with a theme of civility in the media and lead the coordination of appearances and speakers from prominent individuals in the industry.

Prior to STLFC joining the MLS as STL City-- Built a digital strategy for STLFC's social media content. Published organic proactive and reactive content across social channels to engage the STLFC community. Worked closely with STLFC players, select US Men's National Team players, and coaches to share editorial-related content including player profiles, pre and post-match interviews, feature stories, etc. Lead the live game coverage across social media channels.
