• Led print and online activities for round two of the Howard G. Buffett book tour securing joint interviews with Eva Longoria in The New York Times and on Huffington Post LIVE along with a feature story in TIME with Rwandan President Paul Kagame.

Senior Global Marketing Manager and Head of Microsoft Partnership Communications

• Led day-to-day Nokia Services communication for five services and eight team members across three countries while managing multiple agencies with an annual PR budget of more than $1.4 million.
• Launched Nokia’s app store, Ovi Store, globally in May 2009 across more than 190 countries with zero users. 
• Two years later, Ovi Store is the fastest growing Nokia service, the No. 1 app store in China, and the third largest app store in the world with 60 million users and more than 6 million daily downloads. 
• Heavily contributed to the 400% annual growth in downloads, going from one million to six million a day, by globally leading day-to-day proactive and reactive employee, digital, media and public relations, and social media content promotions. 
• Globally led product milestone announcements, media pitch creation for app availability and developer distribution channel evangelism for big brands and long tail developers for Ovi Store resulting in more than 2,200 pieces of global news coverage and more than 3,200 tweets in Q4 2010 and Q1 2011. 
• Led communications for the award winning Conspiracy For Good, a London-based multi-platform social benefit storytelling project with Tim Kring, creator of HEROES. Results under PROJECTS tab.
• Liaised with Nokia’s top partners and served as the primary PR contact for brands that included EA, eBay, Facebook, Foursquare, LinkedIn, Pepsi, Red Bull and Rovio’s Angry Bird franchise among others.
• Responsible for researching and securing global speaking opportunities for Tero Ojanperä, EVP of Nokia Services, and Marco Argenti, SVP of Nokia Services, along with message and presentation creation for global events.
• Led global PR strategy and implementation for the world's largest mobile developer community, Forum Nokia.

• Led PR and agency management for mobile TV, mobile enhancements, environmental, corporate social responsibility, community involvement, and the re-launch of Nokia’s gaming service, N-gage, for North America.
• Led Nokia communications activities for North America at industry tradeshows spanning mobile devices, mobile games and automotive at MWC, CTIA, E3, GDC, NAB and SEMA.
• Served as the Marketing & Communications Chairman for the Mobile Digital TV Alliance for Nokia's support of the alternate mobile television standard, DVB-H.

Media Relations and Communications Specialist

• Responsible for interactive communications for 5,000 North American employees including Web, print, video, and a closed-circuit television network for six campuses.
• Created Nokia on Location, a documentary film service for employees to experience Nokia events virtually, and grew the service coverage from one industry event to 12 North American Nokia PR events in eight months.
