Karthik Selvaraj is a veteran in the field of Human Resources with over 14 years of experience in Global HR Operations. Throughout his career, he has specialized in Business Partnering, Global Talent Management, and Organizational Development, predominantly working with US-based Product Development multi-national companies. Karthik has extensive experience in Global IT Recruitments (APJ, EMEA, and US), University Relations, Special Projects, and Employment Coordination. He has a strong business acumen and is flexible enough to mold in a multi-disciplinary culture. Karthik Selvaraj has studied PGDM/MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management. He has also studied at Kazian School Of Management, where he earned a Doctorate (Diploma) in Management Studies, Performance Management. Furthermore, Karthik is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras.

Before becoming the Senior Human Resources Leader at Chargeback Gurus, Karthik worked in various organizations such as AntWorks, IIT Madras Research Park (IITMRP) Incubated Companies, and Ooyala, where he served as Global HR / Talent Management. In addition, he worked as Senior HR Specialist, Senior Employment Coordinator, and HR Staff Employment Coordinator at Symantec. Karthik has also worked as a Senior HR Officer at Allsec Technologies and Sr. IT Recruiter at CS Solutions Inc, gaining experience in talent acquisition, people management, and organizational development.
