With more than 10 years of experience in M&A, Investments, and Operational Finance, and 4 years in Design Engineering and Consulting, Karthik boasts a versatile skill set that includes Mergers and Acquisitions, Operational Finance/FP&A, Capital structure, share buybacks, Financial Modelling, Equity Investments, Debt Capital Markets, Industry Research, Product Management, and a collaborative work style.

He pursued his higher education, studying MS/MBA at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, and completed his B.E at Anna University.
