Karsten Moos is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on leadership and results-driven strategies.

He started his insurance career in 1988 and has spent the last 15 years at Gjensidige Forsikring, where he held the position of Head of Claims (Motor)/Skadechef.

Karsten is passionate about achieving results, developing people, and continuously improving and challenging the status quo.

He has a diverse educational background, including a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Henley Business School, and further studies in Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement at Tony Robbins Mastery University.
