Director Of Creative & Photography

Responsible for the photography and media across 30+ brands simultaneously--including product photography, lifestyle photography, and videography.  Oversees Photo Studios in Houston, Los Angeles, New York, and New Jersey.  Leads and manages an in-house team of 22 including photographers, stylists, photo editors, and coordinators.  Develops execution strategies for all photo needs, oversees the entire production process, and is responsible for budget alignment.  Manages talent allocation, including freelance creative talent and agencies.  Optimizes and achieves high shot counts while maintaining a consistent look and feel for each brand.  Works closely with clients to fulfill brand objectives.
