As the Vice President of International Sales, I was responsible for managing national and multinational media agency partnerships agreements across Canada, Europe and South Africa. I worked with top holding companies such as WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu, in Toronto, London, Munich, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Cape Town and Johannesburg and facilitate negotiations to ensure successful collaborations. We executed key programs for notorious brands like McDonalds, Toyota, GSK, Starbucks, Unilever and AWS.

As VP of International Sales, I directly presented to clients such as GSK (New Jersey) Kraft (London), Pepsico (London), Scotiabank Bank (Toronto) Toyota (Toronto), Molson Coors (Toronto), and Mercedes-Benz (Germany). Through ongoing AI product education presentations, valuable insights were shared with media agencies, and brands direct.

In addition to forecasting annual and quarterly sales targets; I set the criteria for key sales metrics, managed the internal pipeline, email management, CRM, and sales tracking using Pipedrive, Mixmax, Seamless.AI.

I taught, coached and mentored the team whilst and facilitating ongoing sales training and development. Working with the C-Suite, I provide ongoing reporting, forecasting, team planning, and commission structures.

Cluep

VP, Global Sales

As Country Manager for Canada at Cluep, I was responsible for building and managing both the Canadian Sales and Canadian Account Management departments. I created a strategic plan for optimal national coverage and growth, allocating and dividing Tier 1 agencies (E.G. OMD, Stardom, Havas, Publicis, Omnicom) amongst my Sales and Account Management teams to ensure maximum impact.

I was responsible for representing Cluep at key regional industry events in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, and Halifax to increase our marketing presence and visibility.

As part of my role, I was responsible for marketing Cluep’s offering and developing a new story following large, impactful changes to our product. I co-created the content for all sales and marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent message across all channels.

I also led the successful launch of 3 AI-based media products that leverage real-time social data from a variety of social media platforms in text, image, and video recognition, both in Canada and international markets for major brands like McDonalds, Toyota, GSK, Scotiabank and Unilever.
