Karl Stenberg is an accomplished business executive with a diverse professional background. He has a Master's degree from Linköping University and a Bachelor's in Economics from Stockholm University. With over a decade of experience in various management roles, Stenberg has a wealth of expertise in new business development, marketing, sales, and team leadership.

Before joining the team at Tempur Sealy International, where he is currently the Director of Bedding International, Stenberg held numerous positions at Philip Morris International, including Supervisor Sales Planning Sweden, Management Trainee SE and DK, Key Account Manager Sweden, Brand Manager Marlboro Nordics, Manager Field Sales Sweden, and Manager Marketing UK and IE.

Stenberg has also served as the CEO of Bed Factory Sweden and a member of the board of directors at Berries by Astrid. He has a particular interest in global development, having studied at KTH Global Development Hub.
