Karl-Michael Henneking is an accomplished executive with a global career in senior management and consulting roles within the telecom, IT, and digital sectors.

He is deeply committed to formulating and implementing corporate strategies, fostering growth, and driving digital innovation. Karl-Michael is highly experienced in building ventures, guiding digital transformation efforts, and aiding leaders in navigating the complexities of the digital landscape.

He played a crucial role in establishing the Playbook for Digital Transformation, a comprehensive guide designed to assist top-level executives and decision-makers in adopting new business models, services, work practices, and digital tools.

As a Co-Founder of Untitled INC, Karl-Michael leads a network of experts specializing in blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenomics, and the distributed economy. His ventures within this network include the Blockchain Research Accelerator, Liquiditeam, UIE (Untitled Investment Expertise), and Advantum Partners.

Throughout his career, Karl-Michael has held CxO positions where he oversaw Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Venturing, M&A, Marketing, Innovation, and Business Development. He has successfully launched three greenfield mobile carriers and a rapidly growing digital service marketplace.

His professional journey began in management and technology consulting before he rose to the position of Managing Partner and Executive Board Member at one of the world's largest telecommunications consultancies. In this role, he worked on strategic projects focused on marketing, innovation, and ICT companies across various regions worldwide.

Karl-Michael Henneking pursued his academic studies at the University of Hamburg, where he earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Retail, and Statistics.
