Karl Henn

Karl Henn holds a BSE ME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an EMBA in Business from Michigan State University. With a distinguished career spanning several key roles, Karl has showcased his expertise in engineering, advanced manufacturing, and technology deployment. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Engineering & AME at JELD-WEN, Inc., building on his prior experience as the Vice President of Global Advanced Manufacturing at the same company. Prior to JELD-WEN, Karl held significant positions at Lear Corporation, including Director roles in product/process technology, industry 4.0 deployment, and advanced technology & RD. His career journey also includes engineering management and Six Sigma mastery at Lear Corporation, where he started as a Product Engineer and eventually became a DFSS Master Black Belt.
