Karina De Los Reyes is an accomplished educator with over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles, including teaching, counseling, and administration. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and her Master's degrees in Education and School Counseling and Guidance Services from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of North Texas.

Throughout her career, De Los Reyes has dedicated herself to bettering her students' lives, particularly those from underserved communities. As a servant leader, she always puts her students first by inspiring excellence and creating a positive learning environment to motivate them to achieve their potential academically, socially, and emotionally. Her strengths include being a strong instructional leader, collaborating with staff members, inspiring and motivating students toward academic excellence, building positive relationships with students, teachers, staff, parents, and the community.

De Los Reyes has held various leadership positions in different school districts, such as serving as a Principal at Redd School, Fort Bend ISD, and Dallas ISD, as well as an Administrator at Houston ISD and Assistant Principal at Dallas ISD. She also worked as a School Counselor at Longfellow Career Exploration Academy. Her expertise lies in making a difference in the student's life and the community by closing the achievement gap and providing a climate of mutual respect, celebrating diversities and sharing commonalities.
