Karina Cuello

Karina Cuello is a senior HR-Talent and PCC accredited executive coach with over 20 years of international experience.

She specializes in #humancentereddesign, #coaching, #leadership, #projectmanagement, and #management.

Karina has collaborated with business executives at all levels, utilizing career transition coaching and design thinking to empower individuals and teams for more productive and meaningful team experiences.

As a human centered design and D&I leader, she has trained over 3000 professionals to drive positive change, innovation, and creative confidence.

Her educational background includes a Master's degree in European Politics and Administration from the College of Europe, and a Master of Arts in European Politics and Modern Languages from The University of Edinburgh.

Karina has also studied MCIPD in Human Resources at CIPD Qualifications and Social Sciences at Marianopolis College.

She has held various key positions such as Global Head Talent - Careers, APAC Future Skills Lead/ Head of DE&I, Head of Learning and Development Asia Pacific, and Global Head of L&D Operations at JLL.

Prior to JLL, she worked at Genworth as Asia New Countries Total Rewards Consultant, Project Lead, and Human Resources Director for Europe.

Karina has also served in roles such as HR Business Partner at Genworth Financial, HR Business Partner/Project Manager & Organization Effectiveness/Training at General Electric, and Manager at Vetlex.

She is passionate about making a difference and has facilitated English training programs for underprivileged children in Venezuela and worked as a Specialist at the European Commission.
