Karim Shariff is currently a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where he holds leadership roles in both the Advanced Manufacturing & Services (AMS) practice in the Middle East and the Construction, Building Materials, and Real Estate (CBRS) practice across EMEA.

With over two decades of experience, Karim joined Bain & Company in 1999, spending 10 years in the United States before moving to the Middle East in 2008 to drive business expansion in the region.

Karim's consulting expertise spans strategy development, performance enhancement, mergers & acquisitions, and organizational transformation, working closely with corporate executives and government officials.

He is deeply committed to supporting education and social impact initiatives, showcasing a strong passion for contributing to meaningful causes.

Karim pursued his MBA with specializations in Finance and Marketing at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed his BBA degree at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
