Kari Ternus

Kari Ternus is a dedicated school counselor with a focus on enhancing students' academic success and social/emotional well-being.

Possessing strong skills in organization, attention to detail, public speaking, and interpersonal communication, Kari has a passion for guiding and supporting students.

Kari Ternus holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Azusa Pacific University, a Teaching Credential in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Redlands, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Vanguard University of Southern California.

With a wealth of experience, Kari has worked in various educational institutions including Riverside Unified School District as a Mtss Counselor, Inspire Charter Schools as a School Counselor, California Baptist University as an Academic Advisor, Chaffey Joint Union High School District as an Interim Counselor, Abu Dhabi Education Counsel as an English Teacher, and Options For Youth as an Academic Recovery Teacher and Small Group Instructor.
