Karen Zhang

Karen Zhang is an accomplished data-driven product manager with 9+ years of experience building digital products that cater to customer needs. Armed with a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, she has worked on several projects for well-known organizations in various capacities. Prior to her current role as VP, Product Manager-Global Payments at Citi, Karen was a manager and senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she honed her skills in working collaboratively with diverse teams across departments. She also worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Consultant at Acquity Group, part of Accenture Interactive, as well as a research analyst and intern at The Lancer Group and Frontier Markets Asset Management, respectively.

Karen is known for her evidence-based approach to decision-making and her ability to leverage user research, market research, and data to guide product decisions.
