Karen Wong

Karen Wong is a distinguished Partner in Milbank's Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group, bringing over three decades of expertise in the energy industry. She specializes in the development, financing, tax equity investment, and M&A of thermal and renewable energy transactions and infrastructure projects both in the United States and internationally.

Karen obtained her Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Southern California Law School, complementing her legal skills with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting and Business/Management from the same institution.

She holds key positions in renowned organizations, serving as a Partner at Milbank LLP and having previously worked as a Partner at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP. Her experience also includes serving as an Associate at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP.
