Karen has held several positions in the academic sector, including Assistant Dean for Strategic Initiatives at the University of Richmond and Executive Director of Leadership Gifts at the University of Maryland. Her extensive background experience includes roles such as Chief Administrative Officer for University Relations, Director of Development, and Associate Director of Business Development.
