Throughout her professional journey, Karen has been involved in various roles, including serving as the City Council Senior Assistant at the Office of The Atlanta City Council President, working as the Creator of the innovative Bully Notes™ for the Workplace & Bully Notes™ for Students Journals, and founding Midwest Management Services, Inc.
