Karen Scussel

Karen Scussel is an accomplished executive leader with extensive human resources management experience in the high tech sector. With a background spanning over 25 years, Karen has honed her skills in various areas, including business strategy, organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning. Karen also has ten years of NonProfit management and leadership experience in the child welfare and social services sector. She started her career as a Human Resources Manager at Hewlett-Packard, then worked as a Group/Sector HR Manager at HP, and then eventually became the Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Agilent Technologies, Inc.

Karen Scussel pursued her education, attaining an MBA in General Management and Human Resources at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Karen also studied Psychology at Vanderbilt University.

Karen Scussel volunteered in various positions at Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, where she was the Executive Director, Interim Executive Director, Volunteer: Education Programs Manager, Advocate Supervisor, and Advocate. Karen was also the Program Director at Child Advocates of Silicon Valley.

Karen Scussel enjoys volunteering in her local community, using her skills to make a difference. Despite being an accomplished executive with extensive skills in the business world, Karen dedicates her time to social service.
