Karen Pordum

Karen Pordum is the CEO and owner of Synergy Legal Staffing, a legal services company she purchased in 2007.1 She has a background in law, having graduated from Brooklyn Law School and practiced commercial litigation with large New York law firms like Thatcher Profitt & Wood and Ropes & Gary.1 Pordum was also the Chief Marketing Officer for AmLaw 100 firm Quinn Emanuel.1

Under her leadership, Synergy Legal Staffing has grown to a $50 million company with locations throughout the US and UK, as well as coordinating project staffing in other international locations.1 The company specializes in providing temporary legal staffing for corporate legal departments and law firms.1
