Karen Pfau-Martinez

Karen Pfau-Martinez is a retired CPA with over two decades of experience in public accounting. She specialized in the Private Company Services (PCS) sector at BPM, fulfilling CFO roles for various non-profit organizations and professional services companies. Karen's certifications include being Xero Certified and a former partner with Xero, as well as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor with expertise in utilizing QuickBooks in non-profit settings. She holds a BS in Accounting from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business. Karen has been associated with KPM Accounting as an inactive CPA and has held managerial positions at Burr, Pilger & Mayer Inc. and Schachter, Kristoff, et al. Additionally, she has served as the Past President of the San Francisco Chapter at CalCPA.
