Karen Peters

Karen Peters is an experienced retail executive with a diverse and impressive career in the industry. She served as the Senior Vice President of Global Retail Operations for American Eagle (AE) and Aerie brands at American Eagle Outfitters from August 2018 to January 2022.2 In this role, she was responsible for overseeing retail operations, visual merchandising, and loss prevention for both the AE and Aerie brands.3

Prior to her position at American Eagle Outfitters, Karen held several notable roles:
