She specializes in eLearning, ILT, blended learning, content writing, and curation, offering end-to-end instructional design services for corporate, government, and non-profit clients.

Karen is skilled in using various learning technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, multiple LMS's, WebEx, Zoom, and video/audio tools.

With a background in M.Ed. in Training & Development from North Carolina State University and a BA in Social Sciences from Chapman University, she has worked with renowned organizations like Realogy, PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS, and Columbia University, among others.
