Karen Lin

Karen Lin is a Counsel at McDermott Will & Emery, specializing in Supreme Court and appellate practice.2 She joined the firm in January 2021.2 Lin is based in New York and brings experience from previous roles at Mayer Brown and the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where she served as an Assistant Solicitor General.34
Prior to her current position, Lin had an extensive career in public service. She was the first woman of East Asian descent elected to the bench in Queens County and has over 25 years of experience working in the public sector.1 Her previous roles include:
