    Karen Lee is currently the Associate Dean of Instruction for Basic Education for Adults at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech).     In addition to teaching, Lee has experience in program management and administration, including recruiting, marketing, and advising students. She helped grow the I-BEST program at LWTech.1 Lee has also served as an Associate Faculty member at City University of Seattle and Cascadia Community College.1
