Karen Kaplan, SHRM-SCP

Karen Kaplan, SHRM-SCP, is the Chief Human Resources Officer at People Incorporated Mental Health Services, a position she has held since August 2022. Prior to this role, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the same organization from January 2019 to August 2022. Her career in human resources began with significant experience at Guild Services, where she was the Director of Human Resources from June 2006 to November 2017.12

Educational Background and Certifications: Karen holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University Worldwide (2016-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Bethel University (1998-2001). She is also certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a credential she first obtained in July 2015 and renewed in June 2019.123
