Karen Felmer

Karen Felmer is a seasoned social researcher with ten years of experience, seven of which have been dedicated exclusively to market research and opinion polls. Karen specializes in qualitative and quantitative methodologies applied to understanding the consumer experience both online and offline. She has a passion for the human behavior and a diverse set of interests ranging from technology trends to fashion, finance, and social development.

Karen holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Viña del Mar and a Diploma in Strategic Communication and Marketing from Universidad del Desarrollo. Karen's work history includes Director of Qualitative Projects at Ipsos, Jefa de Estudios Cualitativos Senior at GfK, Analista free-lance at Ipsos Chile, among others. Besides, she worked as a social psychologist at the Municipalidad de La Reina, as a Perito evaluator at Mutual de Seguridad de la CchC, and as a professional in the social area of the "Quiero Mi Barrio" recovery program at Municipalidad Estación Central.
