Throughout her illustrious career, Karen has provided strategic counsel to top executives in renowned global hotel chains, boutique resorts, cruise lines, real estate ventures, and governmental tourism boards, garnering recognition for her firm's PR and marketing initiatives from prestigious media outlets.

Karen is a renowned speaker and author, known for her Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Trends Newsletter and Blog, and has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hospitality Sales Association Marketing Institute (HSMAI).
