Karen E. Over the years, she has honed her skills in strategy, finance, business development, entrepreneurship, innovation, impact investment, sustainable investment, and impact measurement. With a career trajectory across the private, public, academic, and NGO sectors, Karen has built extensive networks worldwide.

Karen pursued an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Her academic background complements her practical experiences, enabling her to navigate complexities in the business world effectively.

Throughout her career, Karen E. Wilson has held key positions in various prestigious organizations. She currently serves as the Co-Chair and Partner at Impact Management Platform. Previously, she contributed as the Senior Advisor to the Centre on Well-being, Inclusion, Sustainability, and Equal Opportunity (WISE) at OECD - OCDE. Additionally, she held roles such as Chair of the Supervisory Board at Impact-Linked Finance Fund, a member of the Board of Trustees Strategy Committee at The Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (GSG), and part of the Climate Advisory Group for the Multi-Asset Climate Solutions Fund at Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Furthermore, Karen's professional journey includes remarkable tenures as a Board Member and Chair of the Nominating and Successions Committee at European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), a Visiting Lecturer at Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, and an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
