Karen deSouza

Karen deSouza is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in the accounting and software industries. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Accounting, from Queensland University of Technology. Karen is currently the Head of Global Channel Operations at CaseWare International Inc., a position which she has held for some time. Prior to this, she was the Head of Product Strategy and Distributor Success as well as the Head of Product Management at the same organization. She has also held senior positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. including Manager of the Audit Methodology and Software Development Group and Audit Senior. Her professional background has given her a wealth of knowledge in product management, audit and accounting methodologies, as well as leadership within organizations.
