Karen Cramer

Karen Cramer is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to improving the lives of children and reducing poverty in the United States. She is an expert in transforming nonprofits by developing and implementing data strategies to showcase their impact.

Karen is known for her work in creating collaborative data-sharing initiatives that enhance community coordination of services, effectively matching service demand with capacity. In 2014, she co-founded Helping Mamas, a baby supplies bank in Metro Atlanta, honored with the United Way Atlanta's 2015 Spark Prize.

Karen holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from James Madison University. She has held various key roles in notable organizations, including Chief Community Impact Officer, VP of Community Impact, and Director of Performance Measurement at TechBridge, Inc. She also served in leadership positions at Catholic Charities Atlanta and worked as a social worker at Bethany Christian Services and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington, VA.
