Kareem has received prestigious awards such as the 2015 Homeland Security Secretary's Award for Excellence and the 2016 US Department of State Benjamin Franklin Award for Public Diplomacy for his programs that promoted human rights in 23 countries over two decades.
His career includes roles in government, where he designed and led programs enhancing human rights for security, law enforcement, and intelligence sectors globally. He has also excelled as a senior executive in the non-profit advocacy sector, managing staff and securing grants from prominent foundations.
