Kareem AlMudhafar

Kareem AlMudhafar is a seasoned professional with a strong educational background and diverse experience in the fields of optical technology, lean operations, engineering, and innovation.

He pursued a Level 4 Diploma in Optical Technicians from The Worshipful Company of Spectacle Makers, a Lean Competency System Level 2A accreditation from Cardiff University, a BEng (HONS) Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications with a 2:1 distinction from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma from Aveta Business Solutions.

In his career journey, Kareem has taken up significant roles such as Chief Innovation Officer at HouseMart, Ace Hardware, and Ben Franklin Crafts. Prior to this, he was the Owner of MK Global Hardware and held positions as a Consultant, Project Manager, and Lean Consultant at various renowned organizations including Royal Bank of Scotland. He has also served as a Production Engineer at Essilor.
