With a background in Business and Management, Karam holds a 2:1 degree from Nottingham Trent University.

Having worked with top-tier organizations including leading Utilities, Developers, ESCOs, IPPs, and Energy Tech Companies in Europe, Karam has built an extensive network in the renewable energy industry.

Karam is affiliated with private conglomerate groups and Ministries of Energy to facilitate the development of Utility-Scale Renewable Energy projects across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

In 2020, Karam founded the Inspire Pod podcast, where he showcases the life journeys and experiences of prominent Entrepreneurs and Business People, aiming to inspire and educate individuals seeking growth in their business or career.

As the Founder and Director of Venogy Talent, Karam is actively involved in recruiting talents for the energy sector and facilitating team growth for clients.
