Kara Grenier is a seasoned Running Coach and Career/Executive Coach with extensive experience in the corporate world, particularly within the people operations and employee experience domain. She holds a Certificate in Organizational and Executive Coaching from NYU and a BA in Communication Studies from Keene State College.

Kara has held various key positions in renowned organizations, including Chief People Officer at Literati, where she has demonstrated her expertise in leading and managing people-oriented strategies. She has previously served as a Board Member at CASA of Travis County and as a Mentor at First Round Fast Track.
