Client Accountant at Cushman & Wakefield

•	Volunteered to assist with several Project Harmony projects including data validation, vendor reviews, etc.
•	Volunteered to train automation team on management fee calculation and invoice processes and participated in the trial testing for the new automated process to be put in place
•	Assisted in getting new team members familiar and comfortable with the company’s accounting software and programs, and acted as primary mentor for new colleague’s on-boarding process

Project Manager/ Staff Accountant 

Maintained CPR and First Aid certifications. Earned a CPO certification (Certified Pool/Spa Operator). Maintained direct relations with owner representatives, health department officials and more than 100 lifeguard personnel at 7 different subdivision swimming pools.  Properly staffed each pool, paying close attention to both budget and schedule parameters. Trained all pool staff in proper pool procedures including; guarding, safety, cleaning, paperwork, public relations and more.  Ensured all pools were run effectively and stayed within the health department regulations at all times by inspecting each pool at least three times weekly.
