Kara Bischak

Kara Bischak is an accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background in Law, Political Science, and English Literature.

She pursued her Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science & English Literature from DePauw University.

Kara expanded her academic horizons through study abroad programs at IES India and the University of Aberdeen.

In terms of professional experience, Kara currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Volta Charging, where she brings her legal expertise to the company.

Previously, she gained valuable experience as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and as a Summer Associate at the same firm.

Her diverse work experience includes roles such as Summer Law Clerk at DLA Piper, Bank Teller at Fifth Third Bank, and English Teaching Assistant with the Fulbright Program in India.

Kara has also contributed to various organizations in different capacities, including serving as a Development Intern at The International Center, a Production Intern at Island Press, and a Writing Center Tutor at DePauw University.
